Yes, I am.
So what did you do during your diet?
I eat less rice. I eat a lot of vegetables.
Anything else? Do you exercise?
Err.. No. Hee.
Since I gain weight, kebanyakan baju dan seluar aku dah tak muat. Sedihkan? Therefore, starting this year I start to concern about my food intake.
From my research, (google je pun) ada beberapa cara atau kaedah untuk mengurangkan berat badan kita. Info ni kebanyakannya aku ambil kat website from this awesome man, KevinZahri.com (go check-out) dan juga dari blog-blog lain. Banyak sangat, tak ingat dah.
So this is several methods to help us reduce our weight:
1. Exercise (Seriously malas gila nak buat).
2. Makan banyak sayur
3. Kurangkan pengambilan gula, garam dan lemak (nasi, teh tarik, lemak ayam).
4. Minum air kosong dengan banyak at least 2 liter per day (Ini pun sangat susah nak buat).
5. Tidur cukup.
Setakat ni je aku ingat, ada lagi rasanya. I will update later.
